  just spent the long weekend there and the service, food ,room prices, etc are excellent. would not hesitate to stay there again. it`s a shame though that the rest of the town is closed, the group of us would have like to have bought some souvenirs. not every day you get to stay in Texas. but full marks to the pub.

  The bar has a great atmosphere with plenty of cold beers to quench any thirst.

  The meals at The Stockman Hotel are excellent and very reasonably priced. The menu is quite extensive with many options to choose from to satisfy any taste buds and includes a selection of deserts.

  Pokies, TAB, large screen TVs, pool tables and a nice quiet area away from the bar if you just like to sit down and relax.
